The state of Ohio needs to nullify the Federal Government's idea of national health care period. The 10th amendment needs to be upheld. In order for health care to work, Federal, State and insurance need to get out of the way of the doctor and the consumer. I propose the removal of regulations and allow communities pay a provider for services directly without stipulations from government rule. The insurance companies own your ability to get satisfactory health care needs to end. Pharmaceutical companies request earmarks/money from the Federal Government for research. After research is complete the medication is sold to the consumer. The tax payer pays twice the amount. First, for the research. Second to the consumer. As Representative for the people of Ohio I propose removing regulations that will allow Ohioans the opportunity to receive medications from neighboring countries that will alleviate health care cost and also cut out the middle distributor. The current health care regulations have zero competition and are allowing the government and the insurance companies to own you. Giving the consumer more choice will make health care more competitive.
