Years past, families had numerous children. Those families grew crops and raised livestock. As years went on families raised less children, less crops and less livestock. Times have changed over the years, Mothers left the home to provide as a second income because life has become too expensive. Even as the Mother and Father work, cost still go up and the last thing that is bought with the little money left over in the family budget is healthy food.

Children are being raised by other sources than the family. Our society is pushing more and more for children to go to school at a younger age. Now they are being pushed through school and into the workforce, without being educated yet on how to survive on a budget. So the income of the Father was not enough, forcing the Mother into the workfore. Still not satisfied with that income now our children our being pushed out of schools without being taught to be producers rather than just consumers. At the end of month there is no savings, very little checking, and a government that still demands more from the tax payer. As a nation we need to bring back values and discipline, from the schools to the homes, maybe not by force of the hand, but by our actions and beliefs. Those who do nothing, allow someone else to make the decisions for you. Isn’t it time for your voice to be heard?
